Refund policy

Every print and every t shirt in this store is made to order, just for you, by our print partner Printful, and shipped from the facility closest to you. Because nothing is kept in stock, returns work a little differently from a regular shop.

 

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full. Send us a photo of the item and of the packaging within 30 days of receiving it, through the contact page, and we will take care of the rest. You do not need to ship anything back.

 

Lost in transit: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

 

Changed your mind: Because each item is printed only after you order it, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, for a size chosen at checkout, or for a wrong shipping address entered at checkout. Please double check the size and your address before completing the order. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to catch it before printing.

 

Original paintings: Original artworks are one of a kind. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about size, medium or shipping. Returns on originals are agreed case by case.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
